WHY WE’RE LOUD

After returning from New York, Alya Vachani noticed a clear gap in Mumbai’s food scene: bowls and wraps that were high quality, full of flavour, and genuinely exciting. It was the kind of food she’d relied on to fuel long, busy days—and that same fast-paced lifestyle exists here, too.

Loud Mouth was built on the belief that healthy food doesn’t need to be quiet, boring, or overly serious. And some days, it’s simply about eating a really good bowl and not overthinking it.
